WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email of your order. As soon as your order is shipped we will send you another email along with a link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page.

WHY ISN'T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?

Promo codes always contain qualifiers. Please make sure you follow any of the condition(s) that apply to the promotion, e.g. subscription, returning customer, minimum amount etc. Please verify that you have provided the correct code.
