Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 - 4 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

* e.g. Apparel items processed within 1 b/day, whereas Home Decor items might take up to 4 b/days. During holidays/events delays in production may occur.


Free shipping is available for orders over $100 . For orders under $100, we charge $10 flat rate.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Orders are delivered within 2 - 5 business days*.  Orders placed on the weekend or holidays are prepared on the next business day. 

*does not include processing period. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SAFASOL is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Safasol won't be responsible for every shipping address discrepancies, such as lost, stolen or perhaps missing, and incorrectly delivered shipments. It's the customer's duty to offer the appropriate delivery address info. In case your purchase is returned to the facility of ours by carriers as a result of any address discrepancies and if the item of yours doesn't show up by anticipated distribution day, your product is exchanged and returned at no cost. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.  

Due to COVID-19 please expect delays in delivering and tracking of mail and parcels.
